Cindy Panepinto is an Associate Pastor at The Church of Grace and Peace in Toms River, New Jersey, where she also serves as an Elder and oversees many ministries including the Women's Ministry. It is her desire to see people raised up to their potential in Christ. Cindy is gifted in counseling, mentoring, leading and teaching. She is passionate about the Word of God and believes the body of Christ is called to a lifestyle of radical revolutionary faith.

Cindy is actively involved in ministries outside the church, as well. She, along with her husband Gary, co-founded Upward Call Ministry to guide and assist other churches and ministries in making room for the expansion of God's kingdom. Together, they train leadership, assist with strategic planning and provide counsel for the operational and financial aspects of a growing organization.

Cindy serves on the board of elders at The Church of Grace and Peace. She also serves on the board of Faith Net USA, Faith Alliance, River Ministries, and in an advisory capacity of Fire Power Ministries International.

The presence of the Lord is evident in Cindy's life. She is anointed by the Spirit to lead others into His presence and called to exhort and encourage them to deepen their relationship with God. Cindy has a passion to see changed lives - for individuals to discover their destiny in Christ, step out in their gifts and callings, be about the Father's work, and see the Kingdom of God expanded for His glory. She ministers with a prophetic anointing and brings a 'kairos' word in due season.
